Vice President of Sales
Janet Flores joined BenefitVision in 2017 as Vice-President of Sales with new business responsibilities in the Midwest states. Janet partners with carriers, brokers, and directly with Human Resource Departments to provide BenefitVision’s innovative solutions to meet enrollment challenges. Janet specializes in Profit & Loss Management, innovation, delivering results, client satisfaction, collaborative work environments, creative communication strategies and broad global industry knowledge.
Prior to joining BenefitVision, Janet held key leadership roles at companies such as Xerox, Pitney Bowes, Ritchie Bros, and DHL.
Janet has successfully led large complex organizations in addition to smaller entrepreneurial businesses, transforming them to grow market share, revenue, and operating profit. Janet is known for building “customer for life” relationships.
Leveraging her experience across diverse organizational cultures to navigate the challenges of growth, integration, and market re-positioning to achieve sustainable business growth is a core competency.
Janet is devoted to her two active teenage daughter’s sports and other activities. She lives in the Chicago area and received her Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University.
