BenefitVision, a USRBP Company, is seeking a Licensing & Analytics Coordinator to be responsible for preparing and distributing statics and data to support the Enrollment Center’s needs in planning and progress towards reaching Company goals. This candidate will also be responsible for collecting, renewing, organizing and tracking licensing information for Licensed Benefits Representatives.

Responsibilities
  • Entry of new and or renewed licenses, and any pertinent information involving each enroller’s state license, including effective date, expiration date, date sent for appointment or renewal.
  • Respond to requests from insurance companies and/or another BenefitVision office for licensing information, copies, legal documents or any other information needed in a prompt, informative manner, either verbally or by business memorandum.
  • Upon the start of new projects within BenefitVision, have new and/or previous enrollers licensed in additional states if required. Contact the insurance carrier licensing/contracting departments for appropriate appointment forms and procedures.
  • Preparation of new state license applications and entry into User Management of additional states, including appointments required.
  • Obtain and copy agent state licenses necessary for new appointments based on state census of each client.
  • Submission of fees to state insurance company and insurance carries for new/renewed licensing as needed.
  • Upon receipt of new licensing, entry of information into User Management is performed and appropriate insurance company appointments are acquired.
  • Provides statistical support to the Vice President of Enrollment and President, Chief Operating Officer to assist in the development and execution of state goals and objectives.
  • Performs research and analysis on specific issues, as required.
  • Analyzes and organize office operations and procedures such as processing applications and/or paperwork received, recording verifying data, filing, requisition of supplies and other clerical services
  • Responsible for ensuring the enrollment help line is maintained. Works directly with client concerns and questions to research problems at hand to ensure issues are addressed in a timely fashion.
  • Handles pending requirements to include updates concerning underwriting requirements from Carries such as Allstate, Transamerica, Trustmark and American General. Conserves business written on voluntary products for all groups.
  • Responsible for daily auditing of Enrollment Center activity – checking CCM manual entries for accuracy, verifying the completion of BullZipped files, and ensuring that the payroll hours reported in ADP match Daily Hours entered in CCM by Benefits Representatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in business-related field.
  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years professional work related to data and analytics.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365, Power Point, Word, Excel and other desktop software applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communications skills.
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Knowledge of employee benefits or insurance industry practices is a plus.
Compensation

The compensation package includes an annual salary of $40,000 – $45,000,  comprehensive benefits package, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
