Ron Kleiman

Ron Kleiman
President
BenefitVision's unique approach for better benefit communication and enrollment is built on the vision and guidance of Ron Kleiman.
That vision was developed from his extensive communication background, including over 20 years of experience in the benefit enrollment business. He has been BenefitVision's president since the company was founded in 1994. His transition into this unique area of benefit communication was a natural progression from his position as Chairman of the National Communication Practice Group for Mercer (the world's largest benefit consulting company).
Before Mercer, he had been Vice President and National Director of Communication for the consulting firm of A. S. Hansen, and before that, Ron managed a communication unit for Hewitt Associates.
In addition to 14 years with national benefit consulting firms, Ron was Manager of Communication at General Electric's Corporate Headquarters, was in employee communication at Ford, and had been a TV reporter for the ABC affiliate in Dallas. His degree is in Journalism from Southern Methodist University.
Jennifer Kleiman
SVP, Information Technology
Jennifer Kleiman joined BenefitVision in 1999 as an enrollment program developer and now directs the IT Department as a whole.
Jennifer is involved in designing BenefitVision's systems from the ground up, interacting with our clients to determine business requirements, establish data flows and back-end processes.
Jennifer learned computer programming and design as part of her coursework for a Master's of Mathematics from Purdue University.
Virginia Eanes
Vice President, Marketing
Virginia Eanes brings over 25 years of sales and marketing experience to BenefitVision in the work-site marketing arena.
Virginia joined BenefitVision in 1998. She develops new business and fosters relationships between brokers and consultants.
Irv Yacht
Chief Financial Officer
Irv’s role at BenefitVision is to focus on the company’s budgeting and financial planning processes, as well as working with the enrollment and IT departments to maximize cost efficiencies. He is a Certified Public Accountant with over 35 years of experience in financial and operational management. He is a nationally recognized expert in the development of financial and computer systems for retail, wholesale, service and distribution companies. Irv previously held senior management positions with several publicly traded companies, including the position of VP of Cash Management and Taxes at Charming Shoppes, Inc. and VP-CFO at Burlington Coat Factory Warehouse, Inc.
John Resor
Chief Operating Officer
John Resor supports all enrollment offices and interacts with clients and insurance vendors.
John brings a solid background in sales and marketing, with a Marketing degree from Miami University of Ohio. He has worked with a broad range of organizations including US Steel; Management Recruiters International; and Capitol American, where he held the position of Senior VP of Broker Sales.
Jon Snavely
SVP, Enrollment
Jon Snavely is responsible for managing the enrollment operations of each call center and ensuring the quality of work by which BenefitVision is recognized.
As an experienced Benefit Specialist for more than 10 years, Jon's contributions to BenefitVision are numerous. Since the inception of BenefitVision in 1994, Jon has helped to develop the internal management and reporting systems as well as the computer network and enroller evaluation systems used within the company.
He is also responsible for overseeing BenefitVision's licensing and compliance department. He continues to play a hands-on-role during each enrollment project.
Laurel Nicholson
Vice President, Communication Programs
Laurel Nicholson brings over 30 years of communication experience, including internal corporate communications and consulting on all aspects of the employee / employer relationship. Laurel has won over 30 awards for communication excellence.
Laurel began her career working in the Communications Department of McDonald’s Corporation in Oak Brook, IL. Before joining BenefitVision, she served as practice director of Mercer’s Communications Department in Deerfield, IL, becoming the first woman partner in the office. Prior to that, Laurel served as managing director at The Wyatt Company. She has also created successful communication campaigns for several union groups, including the Teamsters, Carpenters, and more. Laurel graduated from Bowling Green State University, Ohio, with a double major in philosophy and journalism.

Richard L. Smith
Managing Director, Harrisburg Enrollment Center
Joining BenefitVision as a Benefits Consultant in 1996, Rick Smith conducted onsite enrollments for businesses in the Central PA area.
Previously employed with Pinnacle Health Systems in recruiting and personnel matters, his experience lies in Human Resources and Business. From 1997 through 1999 he supervised the Pennsylvania Call Center and in January of 2000 he accepted the responsibilities of the Enrollment Director.
Promoted to Managing Director in 2003, Rick's current duties include managing all enrollment activity assigned to the Pennsylvania office, including recruiting and training, staff development, quality assurance, productivity monitoring, in addition to assisting the Vice President of Enrollment in various management functions.
Terry Fuzee
Vice President, Enrollment, Los Angeles Enrollment Center
Terry Fuzee has been with BenefitVision from its inception. His diverse management responsibilities range from the smooth operation of the Los Angeles County on-going enrollment, including the coordinating with LA County HR contacts and field personnel, to ensuring timely implementation of benefits for their new hires.
He also interfaces with local union representatives, keeping them apprised of new membership participation.
Marjorie Emby
Enrollment Director, Los Angeles Enrollment Center
Marjorie Emby is a Managing Director of the Los Angeles office of BenefitVision, and has been with company since its inception. Marjorie has extensive experience in employee communications, drafting manuals and booklets, conducting training sessions, and making employee presentations. Known for her creative solutions, Marjorie is an excellent problem solver and project supervisor.
Her thoroughness and ability to communicate with both management and rank-and-file employees has been a tremendous help in managing a wide range of communication clients.
Kara Brodeur
Manager, Financial Administration
Kara Brodeur has been with BenefitVision since January of 1997. She is responsible for the internal financial operations for the company.
She received her degree in Fine Arts from the University of Hartford in 1993.
